At Rising People Psychology, we support NDIS clients with diverse abilities, including those born differently and those who are neurodiverse. We also work with families, teenagers, children aged 12 and over, and adults who are seeking psychological support. We believe that access to mental health care should be available to all, so we make our online psychological services available to anyone who needs them, wherever they are.
Our founder, Najlah Ghalbouni, has experience working with NDIS clients, and she is elated that telehealth psychology has opened an opportunity for her to reach more people and help them with their mental health concerns.
We have a team that shares the same principles of compassion, helping you and working with you to ensure you can easily access our services. We will make sure that booking a schedule with us is quick and hassle-free for you, and that our communication lines are open for any questions or queries.
Our fees are NDIS recommended, and you can check them out here.
How We Support NDIS Participants
At Rising People Psychology, we provide psychological support that is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. Depending on your NDIS plan, our psychologists can help you build practical strategies to manage emotional wellbeing, navigate life changes, strengthen relationships, improve coping skills, and develop greater confidence and independence in everyday life.
We believe the best outcomes come from working together. That’s why we collaborate with NDIS participants, their families, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals whenever appropriate. Throughout your journey, we’ll ensure you feel listened to, respected, and actively involved in planning the support that’s right for you.

For more information about NDIS funding arrangements and participant management types, you can also visit the official NDIS website.
Plan-Managed Clients
If you have a Plan Manager and would like to refer to Rising People Psychology, we will ask them to send us a copy of your NDIS plan, which must include an Improved Daily Living component (CB Daily Activity) for you to access psychological support. After receiving a copy of your plan, a service agreement will be sent to you, your plan manager, or your support coordinator for review and signature. Once we receive your signed service agreement, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Rising People Psychology is not set up as a crisis service. For more information about our company, click here or contact us here.
