Emily has over 15 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and presentations in mental health, disability, substance misuse, and criminal justice. She has a passion for working with youth and adults experiencing challenges relating to anxiety, stress and burnout, substance abuse, developmental trauma, parenting, and neurodiversity. 

With a strong moral compass and belief in fairness and equality for all, she practices psychology without bias or prejudice, but with compassion, patience, and acceptance.

As an endurance athlete, she has a personal understanding of the power of the mind in overcoming pain, resistance, and negativity. As a vegan, she also strives everyday to do no harm to any living beings and reduce her impact on Mother Earth. As an expat, she understands the importance of adapting her practice to the diverse beliefs, values, and choices of those she works with. As a human, she understands the power of connection.
